张国星校长梳理了中学部的发展脉络,明确“森林崛起,名校起航”的发展战略,号召全体教师铭记于心,以不懈奋斗推动学校迈向更高台阶。
Chairman Zhang Guoxing reviewed the development trajectory of the middle school department, clarified the development strategy of “Rising from the Forest, Setting Sail as a Prestigious School”, He called on all teachers to keep these goals in mind and strive tirelessly to propel the school to a higher level.

上午,高义栋老师(河南师范大学教育学部副教授)进行“生成式AI智能教育应用培训”,深入探讨了生成式AI在教育教学中的应用。培训涵盖AIGC概述与教育价值,介绍了通义千问、豆包等主流AI工具及应用场景,详细阐述了AI在课前准备(如生成教学资源、智能排课)、课堂创新(如重塑生态、构建融智课堂)、课后作业批改与分析、教学评价与反思、个性化练习与活动设计等方面的赋能方式。课上听来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行。高教授为老师们推荐了实用AI工具,并带领老师们进行实操,让智能融入课堂,让高效照进日常。

下午,褚清源主任围绕课改、民办教育发展及教学创新,梳理了核心要点与实践案例。课改以“指南针优于地图”为理念,强调育人逻辑优先于教书逻辑,主张教学应遵循学生学习需求,实现“教是为了不教”,并注重学习能力的培养。高中教育需反思应试弊端,以班改推动课改,探索新的分数提升路径。
In the afternoon, Chu Qingyuan (Director of China Teachers’ Daily) sorted out the core points and practical cases around curriculum reform, development of private education, and teaching innovation. The curriculum reform is based on the concept of “compass is better than map”, emphasizing that the logic of educating people should take priority over the logic of teaching. It advocates that teaching should follow students’ learning needs, achieve the goal of “teaching for not teaching”, and focus on cultivating learning abilities. High school education needs to reflect on the drawbacks of exams, promote curriculum reform through class reform, and explore new paths for improving scores.
